RECIPE;
red and white quinoa, 1/2 cup
5 strawberries
small yellow mango, half
mint
1 shallot, or a bit of red onion
cashews
walnut vinegar, tbls
olive oil 2 tbls
salt + pepper
cook quinoa, let cool and mix in ingredients, adjusting flavors to your tastes
